Website Clean Up 19/04/2012
 Had a quick clean up on the entire site. Clean up includes: ~The removal of undesired materials left by ex-members of the site ~The update of inactive material -Removal of the Site Forum -Removal of Crew Members' description (will be added on later on in the future) I apologize that the number of comics had been cut down to 3.   This is just a short notice but I guess it is worth to be excited about. Our new member, Fire Ram, has now announced that his comic, HourGlass, would be coming soon by this week or so. Not much known about HourGlass yet, wait until the comic is released. Please check the site time by time. FEI wouldn't be able to update recently as exams are coming up. Also explains the long-term inactiveness Poky and cosmiclemur are experiencing the past few months. -Benopia Removal Of Tattoo 19/03/2012
 FEI has proposed and confirmed the removal of Tattoo. In respect of her wishes it is removed. The sole reason why she wanted it removed was because she wishes to manage the whole project in the future and will become a private project from now on. For compensation for the loss of Tattoo and the lack of 2 weeks update, 8 more pages of 1 1/2 Life has been updated.  We have a new comic drawn by FEI. I can't really call it a comic since its more of a picture book then a comic. But anyways not much is known since it suddenly came out after FEI's exam period so I am lacking lots of information but probably we don't need them (depends if FEI wants to add them or not). The new comic is in the new comic profile format. Good new format is good. Also Tattoo is on a hiatus status for now until the next update.  Lads and Ladies,
After a 15 minute discussion with the artist/author of Outbacks of War, cosmiclemur, we have decided we are going to cut the comic due to its use of animals representing the whole story. The whole story was originally planned to be made far away representing the original story 300. However we felt that we could produce better comics than Outbacks of War. Click on image to see Page 1.   Forgive the painfully long delay, I accidentally took my time with this one. But here it is, finally. Page 1 and 2 of the first chapter of Outbacks of War. Just in time for the holiday season (which you may or may not have heard about). Unfortunately, you won't be seeing a lot of action within these two pages, since character development (as well as world economy and North Korean politics) right now has slowed to an absolute crawl since all I've been doing so far is adding/deleting characters that don't mean monkey's brain to the main plot, and/or complicates the story, making story-writing like programming a MacIntosh computer, as well as struggling to do simple stuff like coming up with names for some of the characters.   Greetings lads and ladies, Christmas is getting near and our group has already celebrated the Christmas fever. Poky kindly drew a wallpaper based on her series, Fairy Tale Wreckers, for Apple and Smartphone Devices. A downloadable version would be available in the Downloadables section. We do hope that next year we will have more stuff available in these kinds of events as we get more members in the future.   We have another message from Poky with an addition to one of her awesome colour pencil works. Click the image to see the full size image! For those who hasn't seen the notices. Most of our artists are inactive due to the recent exams they had for mid-term. Poky should resume back this week. D-2 will resume next week and I have no idea when will Swopps and cosmiclemur resume. As for Christmas we do hope that our group, Cosmic Utopia, would have the chance to celebrate it like we did for Halloween. So it's been nearly a month, and I've taken the web-comic into a bit of an overhaul in terms of characters, plot, and art style. The first few pages of the next chapter will be ready by the 20th of December. From now on you can expect at least one page a week. Please note that because of this new goal, things might turn out a bit sloppy at first, but hopefully things will start looking better over time. |
